Volleyball is a sport which requires different levels of skills and attributes. These include speed and agility, power, sharp reflexes, endurance and most importantly a good core strength. In order to improve your overall volleyball skills and provide further enjoyment during your games, it is important to have a solid training regiment to develop these skills and attributes.

Perth'ect Volleyball Academy runs weekly affordable training sessions, great for players who want to improve their overall game, or those that wish to play volleyball regularly but cannot commit to a full season. Players are welcome to attend these sessions either weekly or often as they are able to, without fear of a need to commit.

We provide a 90 minute session comprising various drills and exercises to develop both fundamental and more intermediate skills, which is then followed by a 60 minute open game session, where you can put what you have learnt into practice.

More importantly all skill levels are welcome, but we do recommend that you have some previous Volleyball experience in order to get the most out of our sessions.
